Property Locations
🏢 This section allows you to view and manage your property locations, including editing property details and assigning or removing staff members.
🔓 Accessing Property Locations
You can access the property locations section in two ways:

Via the sidebar: Click the menu icon next to GMS, then select Settings, choose the GMS tab, and Click on the Properties card.

Via the header: Click on the User/Person icon in the header, hover over Settings, and then click GMS.

📋 Viewing the Property Locations Table
Once you're in the GMS settings, you’ll see a table listing all property locations. This table includes key information about each property.
📋 Adding a Property Location

Click the Add New Property button.

A pop-up will appear, fill the inputs and click the location input to select your property's location.

Click Create to save the data.


🔍 Table Features

Search: Use the search input to filter properties by name.

Customize Columns: You can choose which columns to show or hide.

Pagination: Navigate between pages if there are many property locations.

Row Actions Menu: Each row has a menu icon (...) with the following options:

View: Opens a pop-up showing detailed property information.

Edit: Opens a form to update the property's details. Edit the inputs and click Save to save your changes.

Edit Staff: Opens a pop-up to manage assigned staff.

👥 Managing Staff Assignments
In the Edit Staff pop-up:

Use the dropdown to select a staff member.

Click Assign.

A confirmation pop-up will appear — click Confirm to complete the assignment.



To remove a staff member from a property:

In the staff table, click the menu icon (
⋮) next to the staff member. -
Select Remove.

A confirmation pop-up will appear — click Confirm to finalize the removal.
